You must be at least 13 years old to use Rook. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally able to agree to these terms.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
You may not use Rook for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity, or in a way that interferes with the service or other users.
Some parts of Rook may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may be billed monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose, and they renew automatically unless you cancel.
You may cancel at any time. If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the paid billing period and then will not renew.
All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Rook at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time by posting an updated version with a new effective date.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Rook if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or harm.
Legal boundaries
These sections describe the limits of the service commitment and how disputes are handled.
Rook is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Superscript LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising from or related to your use of Rook.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Rook will be resolved by binding arbitration.
You agree to bring claims only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative proceeding.
