- Pin active links to Pinned for daily focus.
- Review old links weekly and archive anything stale.

Capture workflow
Browser Extension Setup
- Open the Rook extension in the Chrome Web Store.
- Click Add to Chrome (or install in a compatible Chromium-based browser).
- Confirm the install prompt.
- Sign in to Rook in the same browser and save pages directly to Rook.

You can export your full account data as JSON at any time.
After signing in, open Export Data from the account menu to download your links, tags, pinned list, and activity log.
